Dutch Mussels (Gebakken Mosselen)

  • 1┬ápackage PanaPesca Cooked Mussel Meat
  • 1/4 medium onion, minced
  • 1/2 clove garlic, de-germed, crushed
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp chopped, peeled, seeded plum tomatoes
  • Generous dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar


  • Sweat onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Add tomato, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Raise heat, add mussel meat and heat through.
  • Serve on toast points, or on a bed of lettuce with potato salad.
