Dutch Mussels (Gebakken Mosselen)

- 1 package PanaPesca Cooked Mussel Meat
- 1/4 medium onion, minced
- 1/2 clove garlic, de-germed, crushed
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 tbsp chopped, peeled, seeded plum tomatoes
- Generous dash Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sweat onion and garlic in butter until soft and translucent. Add tomato, Worcestershire sauce and sugar. Raise heat, add mussel meat and heat through.
- Serve on toast points, or on a bed of lettuce with potato salad.
