Half-shell Greenshell™ mussels are ideal for appetizers, seafood towers, baked and broiled preparations, and composed plates where visual impact and portion control are key. Whole Greenshell™ mussels perform beautifully in classic steamed dishes, broths, curries, pasta, paella, and wine-based sauces, making them well-suited for both casual and upscale menus. For best results, thaw under refrigeration and heat gently, then finish with aromatics, herbs, or sauces to enhance the natural sweetness. As the mussels are fully cooked, avoid prolonged heating to preserve their tender texture, moisture, and clean, ocean-forward flavor.
