Ready to use straight from the pack, whole tentacles are ideal for signature plated dishes, Mediterranean and Spanish-style preparations, grilled or charred entrées, and shareable small plates. They perform exceptionally well when finished on the grill, plancha, or under a broiler to achieve light caramelization and visual appeal, and can also be sliced post-heating for salads, antipasti, or composed appetizers. For best results, finish quickly over high heat, seasoning simply with olive oil, citrus, herbs, or spices.
