Preparation

PanaPesca’s vacuum-packed mussels offer exceptional flavor, convenience, and consistency. Live mussels are carefully cleaned, graded, and vacuum packed, then gently cooked in the bag and flash frozen to lock in freshness. All natural juices are retained within the packaging, delivering a rich, authentic mussel flavor and excellent yield. These mussels are ideal for classic steamed preparations, pasta, broths, curries, paella, seafood stews, and wine- or butter-based sauces. For preparation, reheat directly from frozen by boiling or steaming in the bag, or remove from the bag and steam or sauté as desired. Reheat for approximately 8–10 minutes until warmed through. The mussels will perform and present as if freshly prepared, offering reliable results with minimal labor and maximum flavor.
